With regard to the resident named in the lawsuit, Heritage Enterprises protects the privacy of our residents and will not discuss specific aspects of their care. We are required to follow rigorous guidelines and regulations and are confident that we did and continue to do so. Heritage denies the allegations in the lawsuit."
