RANTOUL, Ill. (WAND) – It was hot cars on a hot day as the 2026 Hot Rod Power Tour rolled into Rantoul. An estimated 7,000 people were expected to attend.
Cars from all over the nation participated, as WAND News talked to people from New York, Illinois and Ohio.
Every type of car imaginable was on hand, with vintage 1950s and 60s vehicles right up to modern-day cars.
On Wednesday, the Hot Rod Power Tour moves on to St. Louis. From there it goes to Tulsa and then back to Missouri for a stop in Springfield.
