DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - The Decatur City Council approved a plan Monday night to strengthen the city over the next three years.
The plan will focus on growing businesses, attracting private investment and rehabbing homes.
The targeted areas include Millikin Heights, Martin Luther King Jr. and Jasper Streets.
No new funding was approved, but the plan lays out future budget needs for the council to consider.
