DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - The Decatur Baseball Club unveiled its new name Tuesday afternoon.
According to the City of Decatur on Facebook, the baseball club will be called the Decatur Bean Ballers.
All home games will be played at Millikin University's Workman Family Baseball Field.
The team will open its inaugural season at home on May 26 against the Lafayette Aviators.
Additionally, the Bean Ballers will play 56 games, split evenly between 28 home games and 28 away games.
