Indiana man killed in I-74 accident in Vermilion County

VERMILION COUNTY, Ill. (WAND) - An Indiana man was killed in an accident on Interstate 74 in Vermilion County Wednesday evening. 

Illinois State Police were called to mile marker 215 eastbound on I-74 just after 7 p.m. for an accident involving three semis and an SUV. 

The coroner reports 56-year-old Brett W. Wagner of Avon, Indiana, was killed in the crash.

The Illinois State Police and the Vermilion County Coroner’s office continue to investigate.
