DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - A man who was wanted for home invasion and arrested after a standoff with Decatur police in November has entered into a plea agreement.Â
Garold Leggions held a standoff with policed a vacant home on Church Street near West Division and North Main. Police said he surrendered several hours later.
He was initially charged with two counts of Home Invasion, Residential Burglary, Aggravated Discharge of Firearm and Unlawful Possession of Weapon by Felon.
In court, he pleaded guilty to an amended count of burglary. He was sentenced to time served and two years probation.Â
