MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) - A Mattoon man is facing a felony charge after being accused of stealing from JC Penny.
30-year-old Michael Adele is charged with theft.
Police said on April 25 he took clothes and shoes from the store without paying.
Due to previous theft convictions, the theft is a felony.
He was taken to the Coles County Jail.
