COLES COUNTY, Ill. (WAND) - Investigators identified the man killed in Coles County rollover crash.
Coles County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a single vehicle crash on State Highway 16 east of River Bridge.
The vehicle was traveling east on Route 16 when it left the road and rolled multiple times.
The man who was driving and a female passenger were both ejected from the vehicle. Deputies say the man was 29-year-old Dustin D. Sawyer from Casey, while the woman was 33-year-old Bobbi J. Jeffers, who is also from Casey.
Sawyer was taken to Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospital where he later died. The woman was airlifted to Regal Medical Center in Indiana.
The accident is under investigation.
