DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - MRI will break ground on Meaningful Meadows, the new 1.5 acre innovative outdoor activity center, Thursday.
The event will be held at 1 p.m. at MRI on Hubbard Ave.
MRI is a non-profit organization that provides services to promote the growth, independence, and self-worth of children and adults with disabilities.
