CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - Part of Kirby Ave. in Champaign will be closed for almost a week due to a water main break.
Illinois American Water closed the westbound lane of Kirby Ave. between Crescent Dr. and Rosewood Dr. Tuesday.
The lane is expected to reopen Monday, Jan. 13.
Westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane during the closure while crews make repairs.
