LINCOLN, Ill. (WAND) – A woman found dead in Lincoln this November died from hypothermia, investigators say.
Police issued a press release Thursday saying 39-year-old Andrea Browning “succumbed to the elements” when she died earlier in November. Officers found her body after 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 24 in the 900 block of 8th Street. That location is several blocks away from the Logan County Fairgrounds.
Officers say Browning didn’t live close to where they found her.
