(WAND) - Cargill Meat Solutions is recalling more than 132,000 pounds of ground beef after E.coli contamination has been linked to one death and more than a dozen illnesses.
The meat was sold at retailers all across the country.
The ground beef items were produced and packaged on June 21, 2018. For a full list of the recalled products, click HERE.

The products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. 86R” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
An investigation revealed 17 people had become sick and one person died after consuming the ground beef.
All became sick between July 5 and July 25.
Most people infected with STEC O26 develop diarrhea and vomiting. Some illnesses last longer and can be more severe.
Vigorous rehydration is the usual treatment.
Most people recover within a week, but some can develop a more severe infection. Hemolytic uremic syndrome, a type of kidney failure, is common with STEC O26 infection. HUS can occur in people of any age but is most common in children under 5 years old, older adults and persons with weakened immune systems. It is marked by easy bruising, pallor and decreased urine output.
If this product is in your freezer, do not eat it! Throw it out or return it to where you bought it.
