DECATUR, Ill. (WAND)- In part of celebrating the Decatur Park District's 100th Anniversary, Fairview Park Pavilion 1 will be transformed into a roller rink during the month of February.
The District is "Rolling back time" to the days when Fairview was home to an Ice skating rink.
The pop-up roller rink will be open on the following days and times listed below:
- Friday, February 2 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturday, February 3 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Sunday, February 4 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday, February 9 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturday, February 10 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Sunday, February 11 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The rink will offer rentals on roller skates for kids and adults up to a size 14, for $3.00.
An admission fee will also be charged; $6.00 per hour.
