SHELBY COUNTY, Ill. (WAND) - Monday night friends, classmates, and parents gathered at Stew-Stras High School to remember 14-year-old Sienna Bostedo from Mode, 13-year-old Karly Wetherall from Stewardson, and 14-year-old Edie Wittenberg from Strasburg.
The three incoming Freshmen were killed following a UTV crash Wednesday evening.
Posters were being created and put up on the school hallway walls.
Some posters had pictures of the girls, some had favorite memories, others with words of faith.
'LLE,' 'LLK,' and 'LLS' were spread across many of the posters, an abbreviation of what friends and classmates of the girls will try to live by.
The letters stand for 'Laugh Like Karly,' 'Love Like Edie,' and 'Live Like Sienna.'"
