DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) – A new Mexican restaurant is coming to the Decatur area.
Castro’s: Tex-Mex Grill announced on Facebook that it will open a late-night Tex-Mex Bar and Grill this fall in Decatur. They say the restaurant will be across the street from Lock Stock & Barrel on South Oakland Avenue.
The restaurant is a partnership with Rogelio Rojas, who owns Taqueria la Perlita.
The social media post says the restaurant will serve lunch, dinner and late-night food with a focus on what it described as “totally-authentic” Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes.
“Our menu will feature everything, from a wide variety of tacos, burritos, fajitas, gorditas and nachos - to margaritas, churros, sopapillas and much more,” the business said.
