RANTOUL, Ill. (WAND) - Police are looking for the person who stole 20 used car batteries from the Rantoul Walmart.

Champaign County Crime Stoppers said the theft happened Friday, Aug. 23 around 5:15 a.m.

Someone forced their way into an exterior storage shed at the Walmart at 845 Broadmeadow Rd. 

About 20 used auto batteries were loaded into a van. Surveillance video shows it was a white, older model van.
