Decatur, IL -
A dentist, his former assistant, and Macon County are being sued by more than 160 people in a class-action lawsuit.
Tamara Younker is accused of working as a dentist; Dr. Kenneth Webb is accused of allowing her to do so at the Macon County Health Department.
They were arrested last year and also face criminal charges.
The plaintiffs claim they were patients at the Health Department and received improper dental work.
Their attorney says they're suing for a maximum of $10,000 each. Webb and Younker no longer work for the health department.
