DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - An 18-year-old was shot in Decatur.

Officers were called to a home in the 400 block of East Condit St. around 8:40 a.m. Monday.

The teen was in the backyard when he was hit.

The gunshot came from a vehicle. The victim described two suspects between the ages of 18 and 19 with short hair.

The victim told police he has no idea why the suspects shot him.

Police did not have the victim's condition.
