ST. ELMO, Ill. (WAND)- An Illinois State Police Trooper was struck by a car while assisting a motorist on the side of I-70, on Sunday. 

RANTOUL, Ill. (WAND)- Rantoul Police responded to the 400 block of S. Maplewood Dr. for multiple reports of a shooting late Sunday evening.
