CHARLESTON, Ill. (WAND) - The culture change is taking shape at Eastern Illinois.
The Panthers football team received FCS Top 25 votes after taking down Illinois State on Saturday 14-13.
The Panthers have not been ranked since 2016. But a win over McNeese State this week could make it happen. Kickoff is slated for 2 p.m. Saturday at O'Brien Field.
