CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - Illinois men's basketball star Andrej Stojakovic is withdrawing from the 2026 NBA draft and returning to the program. 

The Illinois men's basketball social media page announced his return on Wednesday evening. 

Stojakovic announced back on April 17 that he was returning to Illinois. Then, a few days later, he revealed that he was entering his name into the draft while retaining his eligibility.

According to Illinois Athletics, Stojakovic averaged 13.5 points and scored 459 points in 34 games during the Fighting Illini's run to the Final Four.
