ASHLAND, Ill. (WAND) — Crazy Horse Campground is trying to set a record for the most inflatables on one property, all while raising money for Make-A-Wish Illinois. Community members got in on the last day of the fun Sunday.

"We just one day had the idea of what we can do to utilize a campground in the off season," said Ian Snell, manager of Crazy Horse Campground.

Utilizing a campground to make dreams come true — Snell reached out to people in town, and many donated inflatables for a drive-through Christmas show.

The property charges $10 per car. Snell said the Make-A-Wish Foundation has had a personal impact on his life, as his sister has muscular dystrophy.

"Make-A-Wish granted a wish to her for our family to go to Disney World. It was really special for our whole family to experience that, and so I wanted to be able to give back now and help other families," said Snell.

While the daytime view is fun--the nighttime is a showstopper.

"Nighttime is unbelievable. And the lights come on and there's just so many cool inflatables. See, the kids love it," said Snell.

In just three days, the campgrounds managed to put up more than 100 inflatables—and collect over $1,000 in donations.
