DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — Donors in Decatur can stop by Decatur Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, Dec. 3 for a community blood drive.
ImpactLife, a provider of blood components for local hospitals, will be set up in Decatur Memorial Hospital Classroom C on 2300 North Edward Street from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
To donate, contact Julie Floyd at (217) 876-5018 or visit www.bloodcenter.org and use code 60703 to locate the drive. You can also schedule by calling ImpactLife at 800-747-5401. Appointments are recommended.
Potential donors must be at least 17 years of age (16 with parental permission form available through www.bloodcenter.org) and weigh more than 110 pounds. A photo I.D. is required to donate. For questions about eligibility, please call ImpactLife at (800) 747-5401. Donors who last gave blood on or before 10/8/24 are eligible to give at this drive.
