DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - A community health fair in Decatur brought families together on Thursday, focusing on building healthier habits. 

Decatur Memorial Hospital and Decatur Public Schools hosted the "Health Is a Journey" event at Hope Academy.

Attendees took part in healthy cooking demonstrations, mental health wellness activities and stayed connected with local resources. 

Additionally, a food pantry and family-style dinner were also available, helping make healthy living more accessible.
