DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - The Salvation Army in Decatur is holding a kick-off event for its Christmas Campaign and holiday season.
The community is invited to attend the event at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 5 at 229 W. Main with a ribbon cutting taking place as part of the Golden K Kiwanis meeting.
Decatur Officers, Majors Randall & Susan Summit & Development Director Jeff Daly will share what is planned for the coming months.
The season theme is “Give with Joy."
Available during the meeting will be handouts of our upcoming Christmas Booklet which outlines a number of things that are already planned for this Christmas season.
