SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) — Springfield PrideFest is back for its 15th year on Saturday.
The festival celebrates diversity and the central Illinois LGBTQ+ community.
The festivities start with a parade at 11:30 a.m. It will start on 5th street and Allen street and go north up 5th to Capitol avenue, where the festival will be held.
There are over 100 vendors, a kids area, talent shows and more. Admission is free.
