ARGENTA, Ill. (WAND) - The 42nd Annual Astronomy Jamboree will be held in Argenta this weekend.
The free event will be held from 8-11 p.m. Saturday at Friends Creek Conservation Area.
There will be live music from local musician Jim Hollis. Weather permitting, attendees should be able to see Saturn, Jupiter and the surface of Earth’s moon. Participants can even set up their own telescopes.
There will be children’s crafts, hot dogs and s’mores.
