SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - Winners have been chosen for the month-long Springfield Vegan Chef Challenge. 

Winners were picked by Springfield residents who dined at participating restaurants during the challenge. 

Over 200 people voted for chefs and dishes, highlighting the best vegan options in Springfield and the surrounding areas.
