SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) — The body of a man was found Thursday afternoon at Southwind Park, according to Chief of Park Police Patrick Murphy.
Murphy said police started an investigation around 3:30 p.m. when the man was found. The death is not linked to any criminal activity and police do not believe it was accidental.
