Illinois adopts nation's toughest test for snitch testimony

QUINCY - Three individuals who face conspiracy charges in connection with the death of a 12-year-old boy have entered pleas of not guilty.

Authorities say Stefan Crider Jr., Stefan Crider III, and Julia Crider have pleaded not guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit obstruction of justice.  A fourth person, Steson Crider, is awaiting extradition from Arizona to face a first-degree murder charge in the shooting death of Ray Humphrey Jr., 12.

Quincy police say Humphrey Jr. was shot on March 28, 2015.
