MONTICELLO, Ill. (WAND) - Following an urgent search for a 9-year-old boy with autism who went missing in Monticello, he has been found safe.Â
Carter Blackwell was reported missing Saturday night after being last seen leaving the Monticello Community Building walking towards White Heath on the railroad tracks from Valentine Park.Â
WAND News learned as of 10 p.m. he was found safe.Â
