Springfield – There is a new version out of the former Circuit Breaker Program to help seniors.
The program is called, "Benefit Access." You can still qualify for discounted license plate stickers, transit rides, and a property tax relief grant. There are changes to the program, you must apply online, and no paper applications are available.
