PLAINFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - Illinois State Police have arrested two people after the remains of a Plainfield man were found in Lake Mattoon Sunday evening.

ISP said that boaters saw part of an arm, belonging to 38-year-old Dalewayne Turner of Plainfield, floating in the lake.

During an investigation, ISP identified 26-year-old James Adams and 62-year-old Robin Turner as possible suspects.

ISP carried out a search warrant at their Plainfield home on Wednesday. Adams and Turner were then taken into custody, and more evidence was found.

The Will County State's Attorney's Office charged them with concealing a homicide and dismembering a human body.

Adams and Turner remain in custody, and ISP stated that more charges are expected.
