MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) - Illinois State Police have identified the man whose remains were found in Lake Mattoon Sunday evening.Â
ISP said that boaters saw part of an arm, belonging to 38-year-old Dalewayne Turner of Plainfield, floating in the lake.
The arm had distinct tattoos, including one of a skeleton holding a Green Bay Packers helmet and another of an unknown letter or number.Â
ISP stated that there is no threat to the public, and no other information is available.Â
