JACKSONVILLE, Ill. (WAND) — A 45-year-old man has been arrested following an investigation into a sexual assault.
The Jacksonville Police Department said the investigation into a possible sexual assault began Sunday.
James K. Macrander was arrested for predatory criminal assault with a victim under 13. He's being held at the Morgan County Jail.
