DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) — Danville Police arrested an Urbana man in connection to a shots fired incident.
Officers were called to the area of Clyman Lane and Fowler Avenue around 10:40 a.m. Tuesday in response to a report of shots fired during an argument.
Officers on the scene learned that an individual fled into a home nearby on Fowler Avenue. He was later identified as 34-year-old Antonio L. Chipman.
After a search of the home, a gun believed to have been used during the incident was found.
Chipman is currently being held at the Vermilion County Jail. He was charged with reckless discharge of a firearm.
No injuries were reported, and no other information is being released at this time.
