DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) — A Cicero man has been arrested in relation to an armed robbery of a Dairy Queen last month.
Jose Quintana, 25, was arrested on Thursday by members of the Danville Police Department Community Housing Unit. He will face charges of armed robbery and obstructing and resisting an officer.
Quintana is also being held on a warrant out of Cook County.
The robbery occurred on Sept. 21 at a Dairy Queen on N. Vermilion Street a little before 8 p.m.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
