A representative from Decatur Earthmover Credit Union said that all service and branches have been restored.
According to the representative, a third-party vendor made an error during routine maintenance that caused the servers to go down temporarily.
DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Decatur Earthmover Credit Union reported issues with branches, phones, and online banking systems Thursday.
Initially, it reported all branches were down, including phones and online banking.
It later reported online banking, phones and ATMS were back up running normally.
However, Edward St. and Dividend Drive ups are running with limited services.
