DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — The Decatur Police Department is still trying to locate Donald E. Twaits, a man who has not been seen since Oct. 11.
A previous social media post from the department last week said that DPD wanted to check Twaits' welfare.
As part of the search, police will be in the area south of W. Hickory Point Drive and east of McDonald Avenue on Wednesday. DPD said that there is no threat to public safety.
