DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - A Decatur woman is celebrating International Women's Day by making the last mortgage payment on her home that was built by Habitat for Humanity.
Habitat built Dejuana Frost a home to help get her back on her feet.
Frost told WAND it means the world to her to finally be able to call the house officially hers.
