MAROA, Ill. (WAND) - The Maroa-Forsyth School District will host training for local police departments on Thursday. 

Maroa police shared a letter from the district on Facebook which said residents can expect to see police vehicles from several agencies in the Maroa-Forsyth campus parking lot Jan. 22. 

Maroa residents are urged not to be concerned about the number of vehicles at the school.
