CHATSWORTH, Ill. (WAND) — A Sheldon man was arrested in Chatsworth on Wednesday, according to the Livingston County Sheriff's Office.
Livingston County Sheriff's arrested David R. Fredericks just after 9 a.m. in the 300 block of East Locust Street.Â
Officers got a warrant and searched a home in Chatsworth and Sheldon. Police found 1,209 doses of acid, 298 grams of Psilocybin mushrooms, 3,886 grams of THC concentrate, 184 grams of cannabis flower, and prescription pills.
They also seized over $3,000.
Fredericks was charged with three counts of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and one count of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance. All are class X felonies.
Further charges are expected pending investigation.
