Law enforcement, Texas Roadhouse raising money for Special Olympics

ILLINOIS (WAND) - Texas Roadhouse is teaming up with law enforcement agencies across Illinois this week to raise money for Special Olympics Illinois.

On July 27 and 28, participating Texas Roadhouse locations will provide a free lunch to customers, served by local law enforcement officers.  The lunch consists of a pulled pork sandwich, corn, fresh-baked bread and honey cinnamon butter, and a non-alcoholic beverage.

Those who receive the free lunch are asked to leave a donation, with all proceeds benefiting Special Olympics Illinois.
