SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - A former prison electrician who is accused of sexually assaulting an inmate appeared in court Tuesday.
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - A federal lawsuit filed Monday against four employees at the Logan County Correctional Center claims the prison's maintenance department was rife with sexual misconduct in which employees brought in things for inmates in exchange for sexual favors.Â
