Warren County, MO - A former Harristown volunteer firefighter and Decatur man died Sunday night in a motorcycle crash.
23-year old Zachary Rohde died when his motorcycle left the roadway. It happened just before 6:00pm Sunday night on Missouri Route 94.
The Missouri State Police tell WAND News, The motorcycle was driving westbound when a curve in the road made the driver travel off the roadway, striking a ditch and a dirt embankment. Rohde was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:35pm by the Warren County Coroner.
Rohde, a Decatur native, previously worked as a volunteer with the Harristown Fire Department.
