Champaign, IL - A man pleads guilty to a double murder. Now he won't get out of prison until he's 86-years-old.

The Champaign County State's Attorney says 53-year-old Russell Pitcher pled guilty to First Degree Murder Wednesday. Jerry and Sue Haigh were both stabbed to death in their Champaign home back in July of 2006.

Right now, Pitcher's serving a sentence for child pornography in Iowa. When he's released in 2013, he'll go straight to an Illinois prison to serve his 30-year murder sentence.

Crystal Myrick was also convicted in the Haigh murders. She was sentenced to natural life in prison last year. Kenneth Sean Kelly was the third person involved. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison for his role in Jerry Haigh's death.
