CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - An armed robber is wanted after holding up a Walgreens pharmacy last week.Â
Champaign County Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help after a man came into the Walgreens at 1713 W. Springfield Ave., C. around 2 a.m. Wednesday with a handgun.
The man took an undisclosed amount of money and left on foot.
He is described as a black male in his 30s, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, about 170 pounds. He was wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt pulled tight around his face, gray pants and had a black bookbag.
