SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) – A man is going to prison for sex trafficking minors.
The U.S. Department of Justice says 33-year-old Calvin Williams of Springfield pleaded guilty in March to sex trafficking, production of child pornography and distribution and possession of child pornography. U.S. District Judge Sue E. Myerscough sentenced him to a 20-year prison term and 10 years of supervised released.
Williams had to register as a sex offender as part of his sentence. He’s spent several years since his arrest in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service. Law enforcement arrested him in June 2016.
Prosecutors say Williams had the nicknames “Cadillac Hustle”, “Cadillac” and “Caddy”.
