MT. ZION, Ill. (WAND) - An Illinois appellate court has upheld the 45-year prison sentence for a Mt. Zion man convicted of killing his wife.
Chad Cutler was convicted in 2015 for the drowning death of Lisa Cutler in 2012.
Investigators said Chad could have gotten more than $1 million in life insurance money if he had not been arrested.Â
