Puerto Rican homeowner, 84, sues Bad Bunny over use of iconic house in video and residency
SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — An 84-year-old man whose home in southeast Puerto Rico served as inspiration for the house that became an iconic symbol at Bad Bunny’s residency this summer has sued the superstar. Román Carrasco Delgado is seeking at least $1 million in damages and emotional distress. The lawsuit filed Wednesday alleges that “a large number of people” take pictures and video of his home daily, stripping him of his privacy. The salmon-colored home with yellow trim and a wraparound porch was featured in Bad Bunny’s short film that launched his “Debí Tirar Más Fotos” album in January. It also served as the model for a real-size home featured at the singer’s residency.
Bear attack on hiker closes trail in Yellowstone National Park
YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, Wyo. (AP) — A trail remains closed in Yellowstone National Park after a bear attacked a hiker. Park officials say the attack happened Tuesday on the Turbid Lake Trail northeast of Yellowstone Lake. The 29-year-old man suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries to his arm and chest. Medics walked out with the hiker, who was then taken to a clinic and then to a hospital where he was treated and released. It was the first bear attack on a person in Yellowstone since 2021. Park officials suspect it was a grizzly bear and not a more common black bear because of the animal's size, location and behavior.

A message left at a phone number linked to him was not immediately returned and court records did not list a defense lawyer.
Amid bankruptcy, some Publishers Clearing House winners are facing the end of 'forever' prizes
NEW YORK (AP) — For decades, Publishers Clearing House doled out hefty checks on the doorsteps of hopeful consumers across the U.S., including prizes that boasted lifetime payouts. ARB added that it aims to restore trust in the PCH brand and ensure future prizes are honored under a new paying structure. PCH did not immediately provide further information.
Tesla under investigation after parents say faulty door handles trapped their kids in the back
Federal auto safety regulators opened an investigation Tuesday into a possible defect in Tesla door handles that have reportedly left parents unable to reach into back seats to get their children out of the cars. The agency said that the electronic door handles of the vehicle may become inoperative due to low battery voltage and impede vehicle reentry and leave passengers trapped inside. The agency said it received four reports of parents breaking windows to remove a child. The investigation covers approximately 174,300 of the midsize SUVs.
